Terms of Service

By using Itamite you accept these terms. Itamite provides the service "as is", guaranteeing a 99.9% SLA on Business plan and 99.95% on Enterprise. You are responsible for the use you make of the agent and the data it collects. Itamite shall not be liable for indirect losses. The relationship is governed by Spanish law and the courts of Madrid. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe portal; the service remains active until the end of the billed period.
