Does Itamite meet High security category requirements?
Yes. High category templates cover all operational and protection measures applicable to ICT layer: inventory, configuration, patches, hardening, authentication, authorization, logging, cryptography. For High SLA, on-premise hosting or in High-certified CSP is required.
How is Itamite contracted from a PA?
Via procurement tender: there are specific conditions for Tender Board with CTAIMA homologation or equivalent. Alternatively, Itrion is registered as supplier in the National Public Procurement System. Contact aapp@itamite.com for sample tender.
Can it operate without Internet (private network)?
Yes. Itamite Enterprise on-premise air-gapped available for PAs with private site. Full deployment on your infrastructure, no outbound Internet traffic. Support via dedicated VPN or on-site session per agency security conditions.
And for small City Councils without ICT team?
Itamite has a modality managed by Provincial Council or federation: the provincial body deploys the platform and small City Councils operate as delegated tenants. Very reduced cost per City Council. Documented cases with two Provincial Councils.
